I called Santini and they said they’d contact me as soon as they received it, assuring I could be the first stop of the next delivery day for my area. They called on a Tuesday afternoon and they delivered my mattress at 8am (the delivery window was 8am-12pm) that Friday! Couldn’t be happier with their service!
